ORDERING
1) Please take note that by submitting your order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus item(s) not paid within the time frame of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, order will not be honored thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases. Lavotre will not hesitate to blacklist anybody.

PAYMENT
1) Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended. However, if you wish to opt for ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the transaction receipt as a hardcopy proof. As sometimes, snapshot of the receipt might need verification purposes.

DELIVERY
1) Item(s) will be mailed out within 3 working days once pre-orders have arrived. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
2) Lavotre will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. Hence, it is recommended for all buyers to opt for registered parcels, simply pay an additional $2.50 for a safe piece of mind. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1) All merchandise sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No trades.
2) All merchandise are checked before being mailed out, but in the event that you still receive a wrong or defected item, please email us at asklavotre@gmail.com with the name and picture(s) of the item. Exchanges and returns are available on a case-by-case basis, and are only accepted within 7 business days starting from the date stated on your hardcopy purchase receipt, and must not be worn or washed. We will not accept returns if this time duration has expired. We will only accept returns if the item has been purchased directly from us. A one-for-one exchange will be made for the defected item, or we will fix the item for you at no extra charge. In the event that the item has been sold out, a store credit towards your next purchase will be credited into your account.

Simply fill up your name, email and the items you're interested in purchasing at the Order Form found at the bottom of the page. Double check your details and click 'SUBMIT' to send the order to us.

Please give us at least 12 to 24 hours to manually email you a payment advice (invoice) after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within the next 24 hours after you have received your email invoice.

3) Why do I need to provide you with my ibanking nick or take a clear snapshot of my ATM transaction receipt?
This is the only way that we can track your payments. We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt (for ATM transferers), as it is noted ATR with date only on our side. Therefore, if there are multiple transfers in a day, there is simply no way that we can verify it other than referring to a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt. Lavotrehas the rights to dismiss the transfer if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided. Scanning of ATM receipt is strictly NOT allowed.
